This spacious house is located just 1 kilometer from the beautiful sandy beaches, cozy restaurants and terraces of Mil Palmeras. Other amenities such as a supermarket and shops are also a short distance away. This house has a spacious garden overlooking the park of Riomar. The orientation of the garden is to the southwest. In the living room there is a comfortable sofa where you can use a Smart TV.

Adjacent to the kitchen there is a dining table with 6 chairs. There is also a small bar. The house has a spacious kitchen that is equipped with a fridge/freezer, hob, oven, microwave, dishwasher, washing machine, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine, etc. On the ground floor there is also a bathroom with washbasin, toilet, bidet and shower. On the first floor are the 3 bedrooms. Two bedrooms have double beds. In the master bedroom  (180 x 200) and the second bedroom (160 x 200).

The third bedroom has two single beds (90 x 200). The second bathroom has a sink, toilet, bidet and bath with shower. The house has air conditioning in all rooms such as the living room and the bedrooms. You can also heat the bedrooms with an electric heater. The house has Wi-Fi and satellite TV. The house is child-friendly with a stair gate, high chair and baby bed. A small dog is allowed in this holiday home.

Smoking is not allowed inside the house.

Our rental prices and rentals are subject to our general rental conditions, which you will receive upon booking.

Cancellation policy
Cancellation must be reported to the landlord in writing as soon as possible. In the event of cancellation, the tenant will owe the following to the landlord:
- in case of cancellation up to the 42nd day before the start of the rental period: the full
deposit that has been made with the reservation of the house.
- in case of cancellation between the 42nd and the first day of the rental period or later: 100%
of the total rent of the stay plus the administration costs.
