Apartment is located in a quiet area 800 meters from the beach and the center of Torrevieja. Ideal base for exploring the Costa Blanca and also popular with those who prefer to stay in Torrevieja. Raised ground floor so no view.

Nicely equipped living room overlooking a garden. TV Flanders and Wifi available. The apartment is also equipped with air conditioning and electric shutters.
Community pool, sun loungers provided in the apartment.
Nice to cool down after a hot day.
Terrace located on the street side accessible through sliding bedroom window or through the door of the living room with sun all day!
Dining room is tastefully decorated, plates and cutlery are provided.
Well-equipped kitchen, oven/combi oven, refrigerator/freezer, electric stove and dishwasher. At the same time also a coffee machine (pads dolce gusto), kettle and all kinds of kitchen utensils.
Bedroom with large sliding windows opening onto the terrace. Large wardrobe with hangers, also two bedside tables with drawers and shoe rack.
