You will experience a wonderful holiday in our penthouse, not far from the airport and close to the beach, the sea and boulevard. Moreover, only 12 km from the bustling city of Alicante with its beautiful marina.
Que Vida! is a modern, south-facing penthouse (2 floors) with private roof terrace and spacious balcony, 2 bedrooms and the most beautiful view of the entire complex. It can accommodate no more than 4 people, located in the village of Los Arenales del Sol.
On the 70m2 roof terrace there is a lounge set, bbq, there is a shower and there are awnings, each side of which can be opened or closed separately.
From your balcony with table, (reclining) chairs and glass curtains (can be opened / closed in its entirety) you have an unobstructed view of the swimming pool with separate children's pool and 2 jacuzzis in the beautifully landscaped garden.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms with box springs and memory foam mattress toppers (1 double and 2 single beds), bathroom with shower, laundry room and separate toilet.
The shortest way to the beach (blue flag) is 350 meters walking distance.
In the months of July and August you can make free use of a bus that takes you 'home' every fifteen minutes to and from the beach/boulevard .
A small supermarket can be found on the promenade. A large shopping center with a.o. Lidl and Mercadona (also webshop), is located in the village next to Arenales: Gran Alacant. To visit the attractive surroundings and villages/towns you can possibly take the bus, but a car is recommended.
You can drink purified/filtered water from the tap in the kitchen because an Osmosis installation has been installed.
