It is located in a quiet area with shops and restaurants nearby and the fine sandy beach along the promenade at 250m. There is a communal swimming pool with umbrellas where you can relax.
The apartment has 2 bedrooms/2 bathrooms in contemporary design with inverter air conditioning in every room, complete kitchen with the latest generation A+++ kitchen appliances.
There is also an underground, lockable garage.
Tram and bus stop in immediate vicinity.
WIFI and international TV channels available on 40' Samsung curved LED smart TV.

We are a Belgian couple and we love Spain. The region where we initially lost our hearts was the Costa Brava. In 2014 we bought a beautiful holiday home. Two years later we have completed our rental offer with this beautiful apartment. The aim is to offer our guests as much holiday fun and comfort as possible.
The rental score was always +90% on a previous site!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

All-in rental prices : bed, bath and kitchen linen, wifi (also at the pool), water and energy consumption included (with normal consumption).

Conditions : 40% upon reservation (rental period is blocked in calendar) and 60% at the latest 6 weeks before the start of the rental period.

Rental deposit : 300€
A rental agreement is drawn up.

Occupancy : Max 5 persons

Pets : after telephone consultation and possible exchange of photos - 10 €/week extra

Late arrival : arrival after 20:00h - 20€ extra fee
