The large roof terrace (60m2) is completely private for our tenants. The elevator opens into the living room, you don't walk a step on your holiday :)

The only thing that separates the apartment complex from the sea of Guardamar is the natural park el Recorral.

Here you can clearly see that the other roof terraces are a lot further. So you are completely private on your own roof terrace.

At Nautilus you can register to participate in various water activities. 5 minutes walk from our apartment.

When you have passed the yellow container and continue a little further, you will come to one of the harbor restaurants. This has a bouncy castle for the children at weekends, often also during the summer holidays every day.

Turn left when you leave block 3 and leave the site via the side entrance on the side of the entrance gate. Turn left again and cross the street on the dirt road on the way to the beach.

To the right of the path is a nature reserve.

At the end of the sand path you will find this beautifully laid out wooden path through the dunes towards the beach, paid for by Europe. Also for cyclists in use.

Relax and you are almost at the beach and the Mediterranean Sea.

Look occasionally to the left then see the boats in the harbor.

At the end of the wooden path you come to this road, turn right for several dune transitions to the beach. With a bike you also turn right and within 15 minutes at Boulevard of Guardamar with nice terraces. Turn left and you will arrive at the port.

Via stairs finally the feet in the sand.

Water to rinse off sand. No drinking water!

After rinsing sand you will see the apartment buildings of Residencial Puerto Marino. Block 3 on the right.

Aquapark Torrevieja is located in La Siesta district, a 20-minute drive from the apartment.

I believe this is one of the most favorite places of our guests. The delicious hanging egg. There is 1 of them on the roof terrace, so whoever is up first is lucky.
