Enjoy Peace, Space and optimal privacy in our attractive holiday villa Casa Jeta in Hondón de las Nieves, just a 30-minute drive from Allicante airport. This beautiful casa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, all on the ground floor and is fully equipped.
Outdoor living at its best
The beautifully landscaped garden of more than 500 m2 offers complete privacy and has a large private swimming pool of 4 x 10 meters (completely renovated 2025)
There are several terraces spread over the garden so that you can choose sun or shade at any time of the day.
Under the pergola, next to the outdoor kitchen and Barbeque, you can relax and dine extensively. Use of the Barbeque is included in the rental price.

Ideal location
Casa Jeta is located in Hondón de las Nieves (province of Alicante) a 30-minute drive from Alicante airport and a 35-minute drive to the beaches at Alicante. La Montanosa is a beautiful, quiet urbanization in the Hondón Valley in the interior of Alicante on the Costa Blanca. La Montanosa is a beautiful, quiet, green residential area of more than 400,000 m2 with 450 independent villas, with wonderful views of the mountains of the Hondón valley.
Discover Hondón de las Nieves
The charming village exudes an authentic Spanish atmosphere. Around the cozy village square you will find several excellent restaurants, bakeries, butchers, hairdressers and a supermarket. The modest market on Wednesdays and Saturdays immediately gives you the Spanish holiday feeling. Hondón has no less than 3 bodegas. In these bodegas you can taste wine from the barrel and buy it for unprecedented low prices. A tasting in one of the bodegas is an absolute must for those who love good wine.
Beach, nature and culture within easy reach
Just half an hour's drive away you can reach the coast with its beautiful beaches, the famous seaside resort of Torrevieja or Santa Pola with various water sports options. Elche, famous for its beautiful palm park, is well worth a visit with a 20-minute drive. This palm park is the largest in Europe and is on the UNESCO World Heritage List.
Around Hondón de las Nieves there are beautiful vineyards, almond trees, olive trees, and a very variety of flora and fauna. The surrounding area is ideal for walkers and cyclists. Every season the landscape shows different colors!

In the meantime, we also enjoy our holiday home immensely and we spend a few weeks a year in Casa Jeta. In addition, we really enjoy continuing to improve and innovate. For example, this autumn (2026) we are going to repaint our entire house.
