Well located in the sun, detached and single-storey villa with private pool, which we renovated in 2018 and has been completely modernized. The villa is fully equipped to experience a wonderful holiday. The villa is located in a very quiet neighborhood and cul-de-sac, so there is no through traffic. Just 10 minutes from Benidorm, Altea and Albir and you will find large supermarkets, shops and eateries within minutes.
The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with a dishwasher, oven and microwave and in the garage we have placed a washing machine.
The whole house is equipped with air conditioning which can also heat, there is also gas central heating. Maybe you don't want to miss your favorite TV program or that one football match during your holiday, you don't have to via Canal Digital you can just watch the Dutch channels. An internet connection via fiber optic is also available.
In the swimming season, the swimming pool is heated via a solar system, so the swimming water is at least 6 to 7 degrees warmer than non-heated swimming pools. The pool is also equipped with a salt electrolysis system, which is very nice for your eyes and for people with sensitive skin.
Due to its central location, you can reach the center or the beach of Benidorm or Albir within 10 minutes. As well as the very picturesque Altea where you can wander through the narrow streets with its characteristic shops and many restaurants.
