Beautiful modern apartment less than 100 meters from the beach with 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is very luxurious, comfortable and tastefully decorated. The apartment is located on the 3rd floor and has a beautiful sea view. All facilities are available, including a fully equipped kitchen with dishwasher, air conditioning in all rooms, WIFI internet, Flemish satellite TV with international channels, washing machine, dryer, private parking space in the garage.
The balcony of the apartment has recently been fitted with a glass curtain so that you can enjoy the balcony and the view over the Mediterranean Sea during the cooler periods.
One of the bedrooms is equipped with 2 single beds, the second bedroom is equipped with a double bed. Both bedrooms are equipped with a shower combination and a toilet each. The complex has 2 large swimming pools, from the balcony (3rd floor) you have a view of the largest swimming pool. On the very large (communal) roof terrace, accessible via the stairs, there are barbecues that you can use.
La Mata is known for its beautiful dune area and has the longest sandy beach in Torrevieja surrounded by a nature reserve. The small cozy Spanish village is located in the middle of the seaside resorts of Guardamar and Torrevieja.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Cancellation
1. If the tenant unexpectedly has to cancel the accommodation, the following cancellation percentages will be charged of the rental price;
o more than 60 days before the arrival date: 25%
o between 60 and 31 days before the arrival date:50%
o between 30 and 15 days before the arrival date: 80%
o between 14 days and the arrival date: 100%
2. Any bank costs associated with the refund will be borne by the tenant
3. The cancellation must be confirmed by email to the landlord, the date of receipt is leading for the calculation

Deposit
1. The deposit must be paid at the same time as the rental amount. The costs for electricity and water will be deducted from the deposit.
2. At the end of the stay, the tenant will be refunded the remaining amount.
3. In the event of damage, defects or if the accommodation is not left clean, the deposit may be withheld in whole or in part.
4. If the deposit is unexpectedly insufficient to cover the costs of water and electricity and/or in the event of damage and/or defects the amount of the deposit is insufficient, the remaining amount must be paid immediately by the tenant.

Dissolution
1. The landlord is entitled to immediately terminate the lease if the tenant, after being addressed/notified, does not behave as a good tenant. In particular if the tenant causes nuisance to the residential environment despite warnings from the owner and/or manager.
2. In the event of force majeure, the lessor is entitled to terminate the rental agreement in whole or in part without the tenant being able to claim performance and/or compensation. The landlord will make every effort to propose a suitable alternative. If this alternative is not accepted by the tenant, the amounts paid will be fully refunded to the tenant.
