Beautiful new apartment (2017) less than 20 meters from the beach with
2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. The apartment is luxurious, comfortable
and attractively furnished. It is located in one of the last first
line areas in Torrevieja. It is surrounded by a unique
natural environment, consisting of pine forest and the well-known
dune area from La Mata to Guardamar. La Mata has the longest
sandy beach of Torrevieja.

The apartment is located on the 3rd floor ^and has a beautiful view
at sea and the nature reserve. There is a communal swimming pool with
children's pool and a large roof terrace (solarium), accessible by elevator,
where barbecue, shower and toilet are available. There is also a
underground garage.

The spacious living room is nicely furnished and has air conditioning, hot and cold,
TV Flanders and Wi-Fi. There is a fully equipped kitchen with
dishwasher, washing machine, convection oven and microwave. One of
the bedroom is equipped with 2 single beds, the second bedroom
is equipped with a double bed and also has a sea view.
Both bedrooms are equipped with a shower combination and each
a toilet.

The terrace is equipped with garden furniture and sun loungers and beach chairs are provided.
The complex is centrally and very quietly located and you will find all facilities at
walking distance, such as supermarkets, cafes, restaurants, bakeries,
pharmacy, bicycle rental and a lively market every Wednesday.
Torrevieja has a wide range of entertainment, such as the pleasant promenade, with
restaurants, shops and a casino. The water park is open in the
summer months. On Friday there is one of the biggest markets of
Spain.

In the vicinity there are 3 beautiful golf courses: Villamartin, Campoamor and
Las Ramblas, these are open all year round. It is 5 km away
Las Habaneras shopping center and 20 km away is the largest
shopping center of the Costa Blanca “La Zenia Boulevard”.
Torrevieja is surrounded by 2 large and beautiful salt lakes, that of La Mata and that of
Torrevieja,. They are the oldest and largest salt lakes in Europe and
they have been declared a nature reserve. One can enjoy it
walking, cycling and bird watching. The local microclimate is
very good for health and recommended by medical specialists
all over the world.

In the area you will find Murcia, Cartagena, Alicante, Elche and Orihuela. airport
Alicante is 30 minutes by car.
