Located right on the ARENAL BEACH - WITH SEA VIEW ** 'Vista de l'Arenal' is located on the 2nd floor of a well-located complex - with private parking space on the enclosed domain, sunbathing lawn & swimming pool - in the middle of the Arenal. All facilities are therefore within walking distance... The caretaker lives on the property and maintains the garden, the corridors, the swimming pool...
The apartment is equipped with every luxury and comfort and furnished with a wonderful boho / Ibiza vibe. Vista de l'Arenal was completely renovated and renewed by us. New floors, underfloor heating, air conditioning, new pipes & electricity, mosquito nets, new kitchen & bathrooms... For both the finish and the furnishing, we opted for quality materials!
'Vista de l'Arenal' consists of 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms, 1 of which is ensuite with the master bedroom. There is also an additional separate toilet. The 3 bedrooms are spacious & light, & equipped with windows, mosquito nets & shutters. Air conditioning is available in every room (can be operated separately!) Furthermore, all rooms are equipped with sufficient storage space and the box spring beds are of excellent quality with heavenly mattresses (40 cm thick) You can also choose from various models of pillows. We think sleeping well is very important on holiday :-)
The ensuite bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, toilet, sink with large mirror, towel heating, extraction and sufficient storage space. The second bathroom has a spacious walk-in shower, sink with large mirror, sufficient storage space, extraction & heating. The second toilet is separate (and also equipped with a sink, spacious mirror, storage space..)
The living room with comfortable sofa, dining table, large flat screen TV is light and spacious and the large sliding window gives direct access to the beautiful and sunny terrace with awning and sea view!
The (fiber) Wifi is of very good quality. The flat screen TV has Tv Vlaanderen, Netflix and there is also a Chromecast available. Of course, this room is also equipped with air conditioning, curtains and underfloor heating.
On the spacious terrace you will find a cozy lounge with lovely thick cushions, a dining table with seating for 6 people and a cozy reading corner with sun lounger.
A sun canopy is also provided for those who prefer to avoid the sun for a while. From the terrace you have a beautiful and wide sea view and you look out over the Arenal.
The open kitchen was designed by us and is equipped with every convenience & comfort. It has a higher worktop, a very spacious fridge and freezer, ceramic hobs, dishwasher, combi microwave, Nespresso machine, coffee maker for ground coffee, toaster, juicer, kettle, nice and sufficient crockery, cutlery, glasses...
For the children we have provided music boxes with comics, games, blocks, toys, colors, etc. as well as various beach toys and table tennis pallets (table is on the domain). We can also provide a cot, dining chair, children's crockery and step stool for you (Please report in advance - chair & bed are not standard in the house) )
When you go to the beach, we have beach towels, some beach chairs, an umbrella & a cooler bag with cooling elements that you can take with you.
In the separate storage room you can easily store the beach equipment & also the maintenance products (vacuum cleaner, ironing board, iron, ...) you will find there. The suitcases can be stored in a special space under the beds.
We provide more than enough bath linen per person (incl. 1 beach towel per person)! There is also a washing machine, dryer and drying rack. (+ sufficient kitchen linen & tea towels)
From the apartment it is less than a 5' walk to the sandy beach with various playgrounds, the sea and the Arenal Boulevard with its many trendy restaurants, shops and cocktail bars, also 2 tennis clubs, padel, fitness, supermarket, bakery & various shops are very close by. It is about a 25' walk to the harbour and the canal with the boats is an 8' walk away. Javea also has 2 golf courses. (Approx. 15' drive)
