Villa Xabia is located on a spacious plot of almost 1000 m² and is distributed over two floors. The plot is located on a hill, so there are height differences and various stairs lead to different terraces.
After opening the gate, your holiday feeling immediately begins. Through the front door you enter the naya, a spacious room with several seating areas and a sofa bed. From this room you enter the living room with a staircase to the lower floor. On the upper floor there are also two spacious bedrooms and one bathroom.
Through one of the bedrooms you can enter a spacious balcony overlooking the pool.
Downstairs is the open kitchen with a large dining table, two bedrooms and one bathroom. Through the large glass front you can directly enter the pool and the beautiful garden.
The downstairs bedrooms are accessible via the stairs in the living room, connecting the upper and lower floors from the inside.
The villa
All bedrooms, the living room and the kitchen have air conditioning. In the summer they provide cooling and in the winter they provide heating. There is wifi available throughout the house and garden.
Kitchen
The cozy kitchen with open kitchen is the central point of our house. You enter here through the sliding doors or via the stairs.
The kitchen has a cooking island with four bar stools, a ceramic hob with five cooking zones, a convection oven, a microwave, a spacious fridge with freezer drawers, a kettle, a Nespresso coffee machine, a toaster and wine fridge. In addition, there is a large dining table for twelve people. Always handy when you receive visitors! An additional refrigerator is available in the stone pergola.
Living room
The upper floor has a cozy sitting area around the fireplace, with a sofa, armchairs, a TV and a music system. The stairs down are also located in the living room.
The bedrooms
All four bedrooms have air conditioners and mosquito nets on the windows, so you can sleep peacefully with the window open.
- Bedroom 1 has a bed of 180 × 200 cm.
- Room2 has two single beds of 80 × 200 cm. These beds can be placed separately or against each other as desired.
The bathroom on this floor has a shower, toilet and sink.
Upstairs are two more bedrooms, one of which has access to the balcony.
- Both bedrooms 3 and 4 have a double bed of 180 × 200 cm.
- In the hall upstairs is the bathroom, equipped with a shower, sink and toilet.
If desired, a baby cot and a high chair can be added for an additional fee.
On the upper floor is a pantry with a washing machine.
The garden
Villa Xabia is located on a spacious plot of almost 1000 m². The garden is mainly south-east facing and features a 10 × 5 metre swimming pool with south-facing terraces.
In the garden there are several places to relax, both in the sun and in the shade. Various sunbeds, umbrellas and seats are available.
On the covered terrace you can enjoy the activities in the pool and find the shade. There is also a large dining table for twelve people, ideal for dining together.
On top of the plot is another large dining table, and there is also the (gas) barbecue. This way you can cook outside with a view of the garden.
Nearby
Within walking distance is a supermarket, WeMark Supermarket for fresh bread rolls in the morning.
Larger supermarkets are a 10-minute drive away.
