Ideally and quietly located in the centrally located popular area "Costa Nova" with a spacious (approx. 1200m2) perfectly maintained garden. Close to the promenade, the most beautiful beaches, dozens of rocky coves and valleys. The ideal place to enjoy the south of Spain in this fine villa.

This villa has 3 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms and is equipped with every comfort. Good for a maximum of 6 people (3 bedrooms with double beds). Ideal for families, couples of friends and outings with friends. For those who come by car, or rent one on site, there is space for 4 cars on the closed driveway. Furthermore, the holiday home has a cozy living room, in open connection with dining room and spacious fully equipped open kitchen, equipped with gas hob, convection oven, microwave, fridge/freezer, washing machine & dryer. The storage room has a 2nd fridge.
This holiday home is on one level, is located on a spacious plot of 1200 m2 and is built in Spanish style with beautiful arches and covered terrace "naya". It is comfortably furnished and fully equipped, so there is of course Wifi (fiber optic) but also air conditioning in all bedrooms and in the living room.
The spacious, covered, terrace (naya) with seating area offers the opportunity to dine or relax while enjoying the beautiful view over the garden.
Around the house is a large garden with a lawn and covered terrace, an outdoor kitchen with bbq, a private swimming pool, a very spacious driveway with carport and electric gate where you can have a good time. In short, this beautiful holiday home is ideal for the whole family.
For the colder seasons there is heating and because of the glazed naya and the spacious garden all around, there is always a place in the sun. This villa is also a wonderful place in winter.
There is a lot to do in the vicinity of the villa. How about beautiful walks through the beautiful nature reserves, or to Javea's top attraction - Playa Granadella? Or a bike ride through the area? And of course relax at one of the beautiful beaches in the area; the possibilities are endless!
