Welcome to our spacious holiday villa in the heart of Jávea!
This charming property offers 4 comfortable bedrooms, an additional multi-purpose room, and 4 bathrooms. The open living area and fully equipped kitchen make it easy to relax and enjoy quality time with friends or family.

Guest Access
The villa is located in a quiet residential area on a hill, offering beautiful views and lots of privacy. Please note that the roads nearby are not ideal for walking; we recommend coming by car or taxi.
The home is spread over three levels. You can drive all the way up to the main entrance, making it easy to unload luggage and avoid stairs.
Guests have full access to the entire property, including the garden, pool, outdoor kitchen, and terrace. Private parking is available directly at the house.
Please note: due to the layout, the villa may be less suitable for guests with limited mobility.
Other Things to Note
A few important notes for your stay:
To keep the pool in excellent condition, our pool maintenance manager may stop by during your stay. This is preferably scheduled on check-out days. If not possible, he will do his best to maintain your privacy and comfort.
Outdoor lighting, including pool lights, is automated and will turn on shortly after sunset and off around midnight. Manual control is not available.
We value a good relationship with our neighbors. We kindly ask you to respect the area, especially during evening hours. Please keep noise levels – particularly outside – pleasant for everyone and avoid loud music or disturbances.
Parties and events are not allowed. Smoking indoors is strictly prohibited. Please treat the house and furnishings with care, as if it were your own home.
Check-in is from 4:00 PM; check-out by 10:00 AM.
