Superb recently built modern villa in Javea (Las Laderas). 4 bedrooms, each with en-suite bathroom. All bedrooms have a king-size bed with duvets and are air-conditioned.
All bathrooms have a sink, shower and toilet and 1 bathroom also has a wonderful bath.

Large swimming pool, garden, 2 large balconies in bedrooms on 1st floor. 2 bedrooms on the ground floor have sliding doors to large terrace and swimming pool.

Large outdoor dining table, sun loungers, gas barbecue, hammock, table tennis, basketball net.
7 minutes drive to Playa Arenal. House is in cul-de-sac so extremely quiet.

Javea is a wonderful tourist resort on Spain's Costa Blancea. Javea has a microclimate with an extreme amount of sunshine and usually a nice breeze. Super cozy boulevard with many restaurants, shops and a large sandy beach (Playa Arenal).

Nearby many nice bays with beautiful pebble beaches (Platja Granadella, Cala Clemence, Cala Bandida) and many water sports activities

Hello! We are a cozy Dutch family and since 2 years the proud owners of this great holiday home in Javea in Spain. We like it when others can also enjoy this lovely house when we are not there ourselves. We are very neat and careful with our house so it is really only meant for families or couples, but no bachelor parties or the like.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:

Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rent

A 10-15 minute drive away you will find Playa Granadella, a beautiful bay with a pebble beach where you can rent beds and umbrellas. There are a few nice restaurants and from here you can make (organized) kayak trips to the most beautiful secluded bays and the caves of Javea.

A 15-minute drive from our villa you will find Cala Clemence, a delicious restaurant with beautiful views.
The beach where this restaurant is located is called Cala del Portitxol. An absolute must.

A 7-minute drive from our villa is Platja de l'Arenal, the popular sandy beach of Javea with palm trees, beds and umbrellas (for a fee) and numerous restaurants and shops.

A 5-minute walk from our villa is restaurant El Campo. A lovely place for lunch, drinks or dinner!

From several places in Javea - a maximum of 15 minutes drive from our villa - you can book a guided kayak tour where you visit the most beautiful beaches of Javea and beautiful caves!
