This quiet detached villa with large private swimming pool 10x5 m is located a short distance from the Arenal beach Javea and boulevard, about 5 minutes by car. Living room with direct access through sliding doors to the large covered veranda. With 3 spacious bright bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Living room and bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning. This can cool and heat. In addition, gas central heating throughout the house for a comfortable winter.

The kitchen can be reached directly from the terrace.
The kitchen is equipped with an oven, microwave/grill, gas cooking and has a dishwasher and large fridge/freezer combination.

The house is entirely on one level, south-oriented with a large tropical garden all around. There is enough space under the canopy to find some shade in the lovely lounge set or to enjoy the long, pleasant Spanish evenings at the long table.

Equipped with fast fiber optic internet and IPTV with Dutch, German and English channels.

Mayke and Jaap van Maanen have been the proud owners of our villa in Javea since November 2023.
We have been coming to the Costa Blanca north region for quite a few years now and we still never get bored.
Because we unfortunately cannot stay all year round (unfortunately we still have to work in the Netherlands), we are happy to share our house with our guests. On request we can provide you with great tips and the best places in Javea.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
