Cancellation policy

Free cancellation by the tenant is only possible if:

• there is an official ban on travel to or from Spain by the government, or
  
• one of the passengers in the party has serious health problems (this must be demonstrable with proof).
  

In these cases, 100% of the (down) payment is returned to the tenant.

In all other cases:

• The deposit will not be returned.
  
• In case of cancellation after payment of the remaining payment, the tenant owes the full rent.
  
• If the tenant has not yet made a final payment, only the deposit already paid is due.
  
• We advise the renter to take out their own travel or cancellation insurance for extra security.
  
• If the tenant does not use the holiday accommodation or leaves early, no refund will be made.
  

Other conditions

Arrival: between 16:00 and 22:00, unless otherwise agreed.

Departure: no later than 10.00 am (in consultation possibly later).

Security deposit: a deposit must be paid on arrival as stated in the rental agreement. This will be refunded by bank transfer no later than 7 days after departure, after deduction of any costs for repairing damage to villa or plot caused by the tenant. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the remaining amount must be paid by the renter.
