-Our villa is located flat, at the bottom of the Montgó mountains
-The old center dates from the Middle Ages, is about 5km away
-The popular El Arenal sandy beach and boulevard at about 9 km. distance
-Various bays and beaches at variable distances
-The area offers opportunities for active activities
-The location of our villa is an ideal base for the Costa Blanca north region
-Ferries Denia to Ibiza
-Javea is centrally located between Alicante and Valencia, these cities are also worth a visit
-The micro sea climate on this part of the Costa Blanca is known for its long summers, often with wonderful breezes, mild and often sunny winters, declared by WHO to be the healthiest climate in Europe
Remainder
-The villa is on one level, but there are no facilities for disabled people with regard to stairs/steps to the entrances or the swimming pool
-Pets not allowed
-Non-smoking accommodation: smoking/vaping prohibited indoors & outdoors
-Nudism/nudity not allowed
-Parties/events not allowed
-The main booker must be present and must be min. 25 years old
-Young children welcome after consultation with landlord
-It is NOT allowed to let other people stay overnight or use the facilities than those who are the tenants
-The peace and privacy in the neighborhood must be respected
-The rental is excl. the cost of electricity (€ 0.35 kWh), which will be deducted from the deposit
-Rules and requirements must be carefully followed and complied with.
-We value our belongings and expect our guests to handle our belongings with care.
-The villa can be occupied on the day of arrival from 16:00 and must be available again on the day of departure at 10:00

Payment & Deposit
-The deposit upon reservation is 50% of the reservation sum + deposit + final cleaning
-The remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of your stay
-For a booking less than 6 weeks before your stay, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately
-The deposit is € 1,000.00
-The tenant must leave the villa in a neat condition
-If no damages have been observed by the manager, the amount will be returned within 14 days of the check-out date, after settlement with the cost of electricity
