Casa Cinco is very spacious and spread over two floors: On the first floor are 3 bedrooms and two bathrooms (1 ensuite), a large dining room and a fully equipped kitchen. At the front is a conservatory with French doors. A beautiful place to be in both summer and winter, in the first place because of the beautiful view. At the rear you will find a terrace for the first rays of the morning sun plus the washing machine and rotary dryer.
Stairs indoors or outdoors take you to the ground floor. Here is the sitting room, the fourth bedroom with ensuite bathroom, and a children's bedroom. Here too is a conservatory with patio doors to the terrace with a second fully equipped kitchen. And the 4th bathroom (shower + toilet), ideal during/after the stay by the pool.
The covered outdoor terrace has a dining table + chairs for 8 people. It is highly likely that you will have all your meals here! There is a barbeque and by the pool there are lovely sun loungers and a small terrace set. You can also enjoy the outdoors for a long time in the evening due to the installed lighting around the house, as well as in the swimming pool.
4 bedrooms, the dining room and the sitting room are air-conditioned and TVs with satellite channels. There is room for 3 cars on our own site. Casa Cinco is also equipped with an alarm system.
