Our prices include bed linen, towels, kitchen textiles, final cleaning and the use of gas, water and electricity.
During the winter period, from November to March, we offer special prices. Please contact us for this.

General Cancellation Policy:
The dates in the cancellation policy are those of the property's time zone.
Cancellation deadlines for receiving a refund are based on the arrival day (check-in day -
Villa Bohemia) of the property in the local time zone.
- To receive a full refund you must arrive within 48 hours of making the reservation and at least
Cancel 8 weeks days before the arrival day.
- If you cancel between 8 and 4 weeks before the arrival day, you will only be refunded your deposit.
- If you cancel within 4 weeks before the arrival day, you will not receive a refund.
