Villa Ardilla Javea

Welcome to Villa Ardilla Javea! Why Ardilla? This means squirrel in Spanish and yes we regularly see squirrels climbing our trees here :-) Our house is furnished with a wonderful vibe and equipped with comfort. 
Villa Ardilla is a completely non-smoking property located in the El Rafalet area of Javea, Spain.
The villa is quietly located with lots of privacy and surrounded by nature, with a beautiful view of the Montgo.

The ideal place for relaxing moments, whether it's exploring the local flora and fauna, enjoying the view or just relaxing by the pool.

Javea is also known as the Ibiza of the mainland and offers a mix of cultural experiences, local gastronomy and nearby beaches, making it a versatile holiday destination. Car is needed. Distance to center 4 km and to the sea 6 km (possible to cycle to)

Private pool, terraces, garden furniture, sun loungers, pergola, on-site parking, wifi, no pets. House is only accessible by stairs.

The 2 bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning, mosquito nets, blackout curtains & built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage space. 

The bathroom has a toilet, bath, shower, sink with large mirror, hairdryer, towels & hand soap. There is also a mosquito window in the bathroom.

The dining area and cozy sitting area is bright, nicely decorated. This room is also equipped with air conditioning. The kitchen itself is equipped with all modern comforts including a dishwasher, washing machine, gas hob, electric oven, microwave, spacious new fridge and freezer, toaster, juicer... 
The cabinets are filled with beautiful sevies, sufficient and various types of glasses and cutlery. The pots, pans and cooking utensils are of excellent quality. An ironing board, iron, drying rack and vacuum cleaner are also available....

We also provide standard oil, various spices, some dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, some coffee cups, tea, sugar and a bottle of water.

In the sitting area with  flat screen you can enjoy the range of channels offered by TV Vlaanderen (also Dutch, English, French, German... The wifi is free throughout the stay.

There are several terraces attached to the house where you  can enjoy the sun from morning to evening, you have a beautiful and open view of the valley and here too the layout of the terrace exudes the atmosphere of holidays...  
The  terraces are  equipped with dining tables, chairs and there is a lounge seating area on the Naya (covered terrace)

At the pool there are 4 sun loungers and there is an outdoor shower.
In the summer months, lighting a fire (BBQ) is prohibited in the region due to fire risk (drought).
The pool is 10 m x 4 m.

The house is very quiet, yet close to everything! The old town is at 9'the port at 15' and the sandy beach 'Arenal' at 10' drive. Moraira is also nearby. In the area there are numerous supermarkets Mas y Mas, Mercadona, Aldi, Lidl, Carrefour, Consum and of course many restaurants. A car is recommended for groceries, trips...  

We have furnished the house with a lot of love and maintain it very well. Casa Ardilla Javea  is a holiday home, not a party home!
We cannot allow pets.
