A bathroom with Italian shower with massage column. Very bright living room, large screen TV (120 cm) with all French and German channels. The open-plan kitchen is fully equipped; microwave, dishwasher, oven, ceramic hob, fridge/freezer, all the necessary kitchen utensils (Nespresso coffee machine, Dolce Gusto, and filter coffee maker, juicer, blender, etc). Outdoor gas BBQ. Laundry room with washing machine 9KG.

FOLLOWING MANY PROBLEMS IN JUNE 2022 WITH DISRESPECTFUL GERMAN TENANTS ACCOMPANIED BY A DANGEROUS DOG, FROM THE 2023 SEASON ONLY DACHSHUND, YORK, BICHONS STYLE DOGS WILL BE ACCEPTED, IF DOGS + 10 KILOS CONTACT THE OWNER WHO WILL STUDY YOUR REQUEST.
