Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

For long stays of at least one month, special rates apply.
Send a message with the desired period.

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must notify the landlord immediately.
A telephone notification of this must always be confirmed to the landlord in writing or by email.
If the tenant cancels the agreement in the period up to 6 weeks before the start date of the rental period, he will continue to owe 50% of the rent;
In case of cancellation less than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, he will still owe the full rental price.
