Summer Breeze

Summer Breeze is a beautiful villa with Spanish style swimming pool, in a quiet area next to the Javea Golf Club. The name says it all, the house is located on a mountain and therefore catches every breeze. That's wonderful in the warm summer months! The location of the garden provides both sun and shade all day long and the west-facing view guarantees beautiful sunsets.

The house has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms.
One bedroom with air conditioning , a double bed, 2 bedside tables, a large wardrobe and an en-suite bathroom with sink, toilet and shower.
A second bedroom with a double bed, 2 bedside tables and a large wardrobe.
And a third bedroom with 2 single beds, a bedside table, a chest of drawers and a wall rack to hang your clothes. Finally, a second bathroom with sink, bath/shower and toilet.

The bedrooms are located at the back of the house and therefore remain cool. But there are also more than enough fans available to ensure you can always sleep well. The kitchen is complete with everything you could possibly need. There is a Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, a toaster, a sandwich maker and kettle. And of course a refrigerator with freezer, gas stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher and washing machine.

The cozy living room has air conditioning and a fireplace, a nice sofa and a cozy reading corner.
The fantastic naya is, as you often see, closed with windows that can also be opened. There is a spacious dining table and the view of the pool and the sunset is beautiful.
There is also a treadmill for sports enthusiasts.
Outside you will find the swimming pool, a cozy seating area, a dining table for 6 people and a round table for another 4 people, a (gas) BBQ, 6 sun beds and an outdoor shower. Of course there are plenty of parasols!

There is well-functioning WiFi, Sonos boxes for your music and a TV (with Firestick). There is a supermarket open until late 1 km away (Masymas Benitichell).

The house is located a short walk from Javea Golf Club and approximately 7km from Arenal, the Port and the old town of Javea (Xabia).
A car (rental) is recommended, there is ample parking on site.
Renting bicycles is also an option, there is a nice cycle route past the house that takes you past Arenal and the old town.
If you are going to fly, you can do so at Alicante or Valencia airport. Two cities that are definitely worth a day trip. In addition, there are many beautiful villages and towns to visit on the Costa Blanca: Calp, Altea, Denia, Jesus Pobre, Moraira, Oliva. On Sundays there is a flea market in Jesus Pobre and on Thursdays there is a large market in Javea town.
There are beautiful, well-marked walking and cycling routes through the barancas, on the Montgo (elephant mountain) and along the coast.
Padel is of course the Spanish sport par excellence. You can rent a court at Paris 24 and a lesson can also be booked. If you want the number of a padel teacher, send us a message! There is also a karting track in Javea and you can rent kayaks and view caves in Granadella Bay (with or without a guide).
