In the wonderfully quiet neighborhood between El Tosalet and Pinosol is our 2023 completely renovated Villa Naraja with the luxury pool apartment. 9 minutes away by car from the popular beach El Arenal and Cala Granadella.

Adjacent to the swimming pool and the green garden is the independent pool apartment of 80 m2. The renovated apartment has 2 bedrooms with air conditioning (1 room with double bed and 1 room with 2x single bed), living room, kitchen and a bathroom.  The fully equipped kitchen is equipped with induction hob, dishwasher, microwave, kettle, nespresso machine etc. In addition, you have your own washing machine. Our house is equipped with solar panels.

Outside you can enjoy the garden or relax by the pool on the 4 sunbeds, lounge cushion, sitting area, barbecue on the lovely terrace with veranda and enjoy the peace and quiet and the pool.

We have fallen so much in love with the area of Javea and the friendly people here that we decided to buy a house here last summer. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The prices are per week and the minimum stay is 3 nights. Please contact us for more information. In addition, we do not rent to people under the age of 25.

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
