This beautiful Mediterranean-style villa is located in a prestige area of Jávea, located on the seafront on a beautiful cliff formation in a green area with admirable sea views. This villa offers luxury and tranquility, complete with 100% privacy and comfort to enjoy a desirable vacation.

Upon entering the villa you enter a large hall that immediately welcomes you with what this villa is all about: stunning views of the Mediterranean Sea! An attractive, characterful living area opens onto a
lovely terrace with a comfortable spacious lounge sofa and a large family dining table. Adjacent is a small thatched cabanna with a jacuzzi to relax and take advantage of the views.

The living room is equipped with comfortable loveseats and a sofa where you can snuggle up while watching a good movie on the home cinema system. The kitchen is fully equipped and has everything you need to prepare your meals. On the first floor we find 4 of the 5 bedrooms of which four bedrooms are equipped with an en-suite bathroom, are air-conditioned , have built-in wardrobes and have an adjoining terrace with seating areas to enjoy the stunning views. The 5th bedroom is located on the ground floor right next to the living area.

Down in the garden there is a private infinity pool from where the views are incredible and where the entrance to Cala Granadella can be seen . Here is a sundeck for relaxing and sunbathing, as well as other
terraces for you to choose from. To keep fit there is a gym with various machines and a dry/steam sauna. As this villa is located at the end of a cul-de-sac, you will not be able to enjoy the sound of passing traffic, but instead enjoy the sound of the Ocean Breeze.

To complete the feeling of comfort and luxury, we offer this villa with a daily housekeeping service of 4 hours to keep the villa in the best condition during your stay!
