This nice apartment has recently been delivered fully furnished and is located on the first floor with elevator in a fairly new apartment complex within walking distance to the beach and all amenities. 

It is located on the first floor and can be reached by elevator or by stairs and access is threshold. Upon entering there is a hall from which there is the living room on the right. This is cozy Nordic style, with a 3 seater sofa, a fatteuill and a dining table with 4 chairs. Through sliding doors from the living room you enter the kitchen. This is fully equipped with a fridge / freezer, a microwave, oven, Nespresso machine and a brewing machine with filter, a toaster etc.  
The spacious terrace can be reached from the living room and has a lounge area and an outdoor table with 4 chairs.

From the hall there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and the other with two single beds (90x180).
The bathrooms are located directly opposite the bedrooms and both have a comfortable walk-in shower with rain head, a sink and toilet.
The entire apartment has shutters, air conditioning hot and cold and the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.

In addition to using your national app to follow your fixed television programs, the smart television also has a receiver for German channels. You can also use Netflix or Prime Video etc.

Next to the kitchen is a separate laundry room with washing machine.

The swimming pool is communal and is located at the rear of the building. It is fully fenced and there is a small play area for the kids. You have no direct view from the terrace of the pool and garden.

There is a private parking space and storage room, so you don't have to bring your beach gear inside.
