The spacious terrace can be reached from the living room and has a lounge corner and an outdoor table with 4 chairs.
From the hall there are two bedrooms, one with a double bed (180x200) and the other with two single beds (90x180).
The bathrooms are located directly opposite the bedrooms and both have a comfortable walk-in shower with rain head, a sink and toilet.
The entire apartment is equipped with shutters, air conditioning hot and cold and the bedrooms have fitted wardrobes.
In addition to using your national app to follow your regular television programs, the smart television also has a receiver for German channels. You can also, of course with your personal login details, use Netflix or Prime Video etc.

The swimming pool is communal and is located at the rear of the building. It is completely fenced and there is a small play area for the kids. You do not have a direct view of the pool and garden from the terrace.
