The villa:
This holiday villa in Jávea offers two comfortable bedrooms. The first bedroom is equipped with a generous double bed; The second bedroom offers the flexibility of a double bed or two separate single beds. Two well-equipped bathrooms ensure every comfort.
The bright and spacious living room is the heart of the villa. Air conditioning (hot/cold) makes the space pleasant in all seasons. A dining table with six chairs is ideal for cozy evenings together. The TV and optional sofa bed provide extra relaxation and space for two extra sleeping places. Thanks to fast Wi-Fi, this villa is also ideal for those who work remotely from the Mediterranean climate.
The fully renovated kitchen is equipped with modern appliances: oven, microwave, wine cabinet, dishwasher and an induction hob. The high-quality finish with a warm Spanish look makes cooking here a pleasure.
Outdoor area & private pool
Step outside and enjoy the wonderful outdoors. The holiday home has a private saltwater swimming pool, comfortable lounge beds and an outdoor shower. The fully fenced and beautifully landscaped garden offers complete privacy. Under the pergola is a large dining table, ideal for an evening meal outside. The outdoor kitchen with BBQ makes every evening a party. For extra entertainment, there is a ping pong table. Your car is safe in the covered carport, closed with an electric gate.

- The house is non-smoking both inside and outside. Pets are not allowed.
- Check-in is possible from 16:00 and check-out must be done before 10:00.
- For arrivals between 21:00 and 09:00 there is a late check-in surcharge of €30, to be paid on arrival.
