Villa Bonavista

Villa Bonavista is situated on a plot of over 1,100 m2, in a beautiful green area, on the edge of a forest and close to the beautiful old center, the harbor and the beaches of Jávea. The villa contains 2 separate houses. You can rent the upstairs apartment, with 2 private entrances, one at street level and one downstairs by the pool. FYI: the ground floor apartment is never rented!
The villa has a beautiful garden with a brand new private swimming pool and several terraces and seating areas that you can use exclusively. Would you like to sunbathe by the pool on one of the sunbeds? Would you rather quietly read a book in the shade of the new pergola or on the beautiful Bali lounge sofa or enjoy a siesta on the outdoor bed? Or would you like to be a little more active, with a game of table tennis, shuffleboard or poker on the large poker table? This is all possible!

The house is fully equipped. You have 2 spacious bedrooms, both with 2 comfortable single beds and quality mattresses. In 1 bedroom, the 2 single beds with a top mattress can be transformed into a double bed. Both bedrooms have air conditioning, ceiling fans and window shutters and one room has its own sink. You also have a beautiful, new bathroom at your disposal (including a walk-in rain shower). In the luxurious U-shaped open kitchen with breakfast bar you will find, among other things, a dishwasher, Nespresso coffee machine with milk frother, an electric citrus press, a kettle and last but not least purified drinking water from the tap, stripped of harmful metals and nitrates, etc. The open kitchen is connected with the living room, where you will find a sofa and armchair, an audio system and a TV. You can choose from many (international) TV channels, including: Ziggo, ESPN, Viaplay, Netflix and Film1. From the living room you have access to the beautiful terrace, with garden furniture, tropical plants, awning, romantic lighting and the most beautiful view of the entire villa over the beautiful valley. Here you can have a nice meal and enjoy the sun setting behind the mountains every day. All areas are equipped with mosquito screens. Of course, the house also has a WiFi connection (fiber optic). You can also use a washing machine. You do not need to bring bed linen and towels (except beach towel). This is ready for you for EUR 20.00 pp
On arrival you will receive a welcome pack, consisting of: tea, coffee cups, toilet paper, kitchen roll and a bottle of wine. So you don't have to go out immediately to do your shopping.

You can park your (rental) car next to the apartment in the private parking lot.

In the first quarter of 2023, the swimming pool and the adjacent terraces (total approx. 100 m2) were renovated and a pergola with a large seating area and fire table was created, so that you can relax even more comfortably.

Location: the villa is located just 10 minutes by car from the beautiful old center, the port of Jávea and the pleasant El Arenal sandy beach (one straight road without traffic lights) with its beautiful pedestrian promenade and many cozy restaurants, terraces and bars, 1.5 kilometers from the golf course and also close to several idyllic bays.
In the vicinity you will find many beautiful towns and villages, mountains and valleys, waterfalls, 13 golf courses, beaches and bays, many beautiful walking routes, water sports opportunities, etc. The airports of Valencia and Alicante are just over an hour's drive away; Both are very easy to reach via the beautiful and relatively quiet AP-7 motorway.

Climate: The town of Jávea, like the rest of the Costa Blanca, is sunny, with warm, dry summers and mild and fairly dry winters. In addition, the Costa Blanca North has been labeled as the healthiest region in Europe by the WHO (World Health Organization). In the winter months the temperature regularly rises to twenty degrees and in the summer it is often pleasantly warm with temperatures around 30 degrees, usually with a lovely breeze from the sea.
