Nice apartment in a quiet, beautiful neighborhood, near Javea. Nice private balcony and beautiful garden with swimming pool and nice seating areas. You can park your car on site. Owner Hans has provided us with so many tips, really super thoughtful. The weather was not great for us, but thanks to Hans' tips we still had a lot of fun with our little man!

We enjoyed the beautiful villa with fantastic pool of owner Hans. The welcome was very warm. The communication was very good both prior to the holiday and during the holiday. Hans manages to make himself invisible as a resident, although there is a moment every day when he checks whether everything is to his liking.

Lovely swimming pool, a garden in which oranges and lemons can be picked to make a delicious citrus juice, very attentive host who provides you with all kinds of tips, restaurants, towns, bays, and all that at 10-15 minutes driving distance! Had a great holiday! The cottage is beautiful and the pool and terrace are great. Hans is very nice and helpful. We were with our baby for whom Hans had arranged a baby bed. To get to the terrace you always have to go down a flight of stairs, which is not optimal with a baby. Other than that, it was all well done! Thanks Hans!
