This luxury villa located in one of the most beautiful areas of Jávea, Portichol. In a privileged area and within walking distance of the bay "La Barraca" where you can eat and drink in one of the best beach restaurants in the area: Cala Clemence. This beautiful villa is an all-round villa with breathtaking views, comfort, luxury and privacy. That makes this villa a real dream villa for your holiday! The villa is on two floors and can accommodate up to 10 people.

Entering the first floor there is a large hall from which there is direct access to the living/dining area on the left. The views are omnipresent.
This open space offers comfortable spacious lounge seating with television with high-quality audio and visual equipment for optimal viewing pleasure. The dining area is connected to the living room. The spacious living/dining room enjoys beautiful large windows with sliding doors to the terrace with the private infinity pool with sea view. The large terrace has sunbeds, a lovely lounge corner and a large table with 10 chairs. The barbecue (Green Egg) is also located here. In the evening all terraces are illuminated, which gives an impressive character to the villa and for wonderful summer evenings outside. The other terrace on this floor is located on the other side of the villa and has a comfortable lounge seating area. The kitchen is fully equipped with quality appliances and equipped with everything one would need to prepare a meal. (Oven, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, microwave, espresso machine etc). The first of the five bedrooms is on this floor as well as the fully equipped bathroom. Also on this floor is a separate utility room with a washing machine and dryer. From the hall there is an impressive staircase that leads to a top floor where we find the three luxurious double bedrooms (two of them with en-suite bathrooms), all with built-in wardrobes and all with beautiful sea views and access to the spacious terrace with beautiful lounge sofas.. The fourth bedroom has a bunk bed and shares a bathroom with a bathtub to relax.
Parking several cars will not be a problem here. There are at least 4 open parking spaces. All within the plot and behind the sliding gate. For stays of a week or more, extra cleaning is provided. Upon arrival and entry to the villa, an official tenant registration takes place via an App that scans ID documents.
