Also close to the harbour, which still has its fishing community and fish market, also has a marina, beach, lovely shops and plenty of restaurants. Located in the foothills of the Montgo National Park with views of the valley, mountains and sea, this is the perfect accommodation for discerning guests seeking a touch of real Spain, but with all modern comforts. Villa Katherine has been completely restored to the highest standard and with impeccable taste. All traditional features have been preserved. The kitchen has a country style feel about it while still including all normal modern appliances. The bathrooms have also recently been very tastefully upgraded and are modern when it comes to functionality. The villa has 4 bedrooms, consisting of 2 bedrooms with a double bed and 2 bedrooms with two single beds. All 4 bedrooms are a good size and have air conditioning. Large living room with a fireplace and separate large dining room. Landscaped beautiful garden with many mature plants, trees and palms and is a lovely play area for the children. Private parking is available for numerous cars. It has its own south facing 10 x 5 meter fenced swimming pool (child friendly), a naya (covered terrace) and a built in BBQ for 'al fresco' dining. The large enclosed naya is perfect for year round lounging with seating and dining areas. The courtyard of the villa provides a lovely atmosphere for morning breakfast.
