Free cancellation by the tenant is only possible if it is prohibited by the government to travel to Spain and back to the Netherlands and in the event of health problems of one of the travelers in the party . Tenants are responsible for all damage caused during their stay due to their actions. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the remainder of the damage must be paid.
