Modern and comfortable villa with private pool, WIFI & air con in Javea, on the Costa Blanca, Spain for 8 persons. The house is situated in a residential beach area and at a 9 minute walk/ 3 minute drive from La Grava, Puerto, Javea beach.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms, spread over 2 levels. The accommodation offers a lot of privacy, a garden with trees, a wonderful pool, wonderful views of the sea and the port and beautiful views of the bay. Its comfort and the vicinity of the beach, places to shop, sports activities, entertainment facilities, places to go out, sights and culture make this an ideal villa to spend your holidays in Spain with family or friends and even your pet.

The villa is entered via the electric gates and there are a few steps taking you into the main villa.

The open plan living, dining and kitchen areas greet you with fantastic sea views over the bay of Javea. On this level are two bedrooms (1 double and 1 twinroom) and 2 ensuite shower rooms. The double room offers fantastic sea views.

Stairs lead down to the other 2 bedrooms (1 double again with stunning sea views and 1 twin room) both with ensuite shower rooms. All rooms are air-conditioned.

The modern kitchen is fully equipped with dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, fridge freezer etc. The washing machine is in the utilty room.

Externally there are seven different terraces giving views and the gardens are furnished for sunbathing, dining and relaxing. There are different patio and garden areas all well furnished which offer space if you would like to relax on your own or as a couple away from the rest of the group. There is also large roof top sun terrace.The swimming pool has sunloungers and parasols.

In the gardens you will also find an outdoor kitchen area and two BBq's -charcoal or gas - for al fresco entertaining.

Within a most prestigious location for views yet within an 8 minute walk to the first of many bars and restaurants within the port. It is possible to view the fishing boats come in from their daily catch, walk down to the fish market and walk back with fresh fish for your BBQ dinner!

You can also walk to the beautiful old town (25 minutes/6m drive) and along the front to the Arenal part of Javea ( 40m/10m) with more glamour and panache and a wide soft sandy beach.
