A refreshing dip in your own private pool and then take a hot shower outside in the outdoor shower in the garden. Kid-proof with a large trampoline and the swimming pool fenced with fences.

In short, a wonderful stay to unwind, relax and enjoy. Within 5 minutes you are at the Beach of 'L Olla by bike. And even with a lovely walk you can also reach the sea in 16 min. But also the beautiful center of Altea can be reached in 10 minutes by bike, wonderful to discover with nature and the most beautiful things.

This house also offers the opportunity to come with 2 families as we have 2 living rooms and 2 kitchens on the ground floor and first floor. This way you can enjoy a beautiful holiday together, but you can also retreat to your own area as a family

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for whatever reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if, for example, this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone). Landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of writtencancellation by the tenant:
  • Cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
  • Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will no longer use the rented property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
