The garden is very private and beautifully overgrown with direct access to a large swimming pool from the private garden. The apartment is air-conditioned. Free private parking is available in the private parking garage.

This apartment is equipped with three bedrooms, a kitchen with SMEG appliances, including all necessities. Washer/dryer available. Detergent and cleaning supplies are provided. There is a flat-screen TV in the living room. Bath amenities are provided in the two bathrooms. Beach towels, towels and bed linen are provided at the apartment.

There is a possibility of long term rental.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

In case of cancellation up to 90 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: free of charge
In case of cancellation from 90 days (inclusive) to 42 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 42 days (inclusive) to 28 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 28 days (inclusive) to 14 days (exclusive) before the start of the rental period: 75% of the rental price
In case of cancellation from 14 days (inclusive) before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the day of the start of the rental period or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent
