My name is Inge de Jong. Since 1998 I have lived in Spain to enjoy the Mediterranean life. After doing several interesting jobs where I learned a lot and met many fantastic people. Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Free cancellation by the tenant is only possible if it is prohibited by the government to travel to Spain and back to the Netherlands and in the event of health problems of one of the travelers in the party . In that case, 100% of the (down) payment will be returned to the tenant. Cancellation must be reported, with proof, by e-mail to Inge de Jong. In the event of cancellation for reasons other than those mentioned above by the tenant, the deposit will not be returned to the tenant and the tenant is obliged to pay the full rental amount. Travel/cancellation insurance may be available for this purpose. If the tenant does not use the holiday accommodation or leaves it earlier, no refund will be given under any circumstances. Arrival at the holiday accommodation takes place between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM unless otherwise agreed. The holiday accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure (possibly later in consultation). A deposit must be paid upon arrival as stated in the rental agreement. This will be repaid via the bank no later than 7 days after departure, after deduction of any costs for the repair of damage found to the apartment and/or the roof terrace caused by the tenant. Tenants are responsible for all damage caused during their stay due to their actions. If the damage exceeds the deposit, the remainder of the damage must be paid.
