Free cancellation by the tenant is only possible if it is forbidden by the government to travel to Spain and travel back to the Netherlands and in case of health problems of one of the travelers in the group. In that case, 100% of the (down) payment will be returned to the tenant. Cancellation must be reported, with proof, to Inge de Jong by e-mail.
In case of cancellation for reasons other than those mentioned by the tenant, the deposit will not be returned to the tenant and the tenant is obliged to pay the full rent. A travel/cancellation insurance may be taken out for this. If the tenant does not use the holiday accommodation or leaves it earlier, no refund will be made under any circumstances.
Arrival at the holiday home takes place between 16:00 and 22:00 unless otherwise agreed. The holiday accommodation must be vacated no later than 10:00 am on the day of departure (later on request). A deposit must be paid on arrival as stated in the rental agreement. This will be refunded no later than 7 days after departure via the bank after deduction of any costs for the repair of damage found to the apartment and/or the roof terrace caused by the tenant.
Tenants are responsible for all damage caused during their stay. If the damage is higher than the deposit, the remainder of the damage must be transferred.
