We are Mark and Marijke and have had our holiday home in Javea for 4 years. We have 2 almost adult children who, just like us, love Spanish life. Active things such as hiking, golfing, cycling, but also good food, going out and enjoying the wonderful climate all contribute to this. We are very proud and careful of our house and would like people who have the same approach to life as we do to enjoy our casa. From 2024 it will be possible to rent our house.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.
