Our Townhouse Casa Saint Tropez owes its name to its location in Saint Tropez Street in Javea. The house is located in the beautiful La Isla complex and has direct access to the breathtaking tropical courtyard with a gigantic swimming pool. Casa Saint Tropez has 3 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms.
Layout:
Ground floor: 1 bathroom with shower and toilet, kitchen, living room with sitting area and dining room, covered terrace that can be closed with glass and terrace with direct access to the courtyard.
First floor: 2 bedrooms (1 x bed 160 cm and 1 x bunk bed) and bathroom with shower and toilet.
Second floor: 1 bedroom (bed 180 cm) and bathroom with bath/shower and toilet.

All bedrooms have built-in wardrobes. The bedroom with bunk beds also has a desk. The kitchen is equipped with a large refrigerator, oven and microwave. There is a toaster and kettle and a Nespresso machine with cups. There is also a washing machine (detergent provided). Bed and bath linen are from Zara Home.

The beach is 300 meters away. The boulevard, restaurants, shops, small supermarket,... are also within walking distance.

There is a parking space in front of the door and 50 meters further there are covered parking spaces where you can park your car in the shade.

All rooms (except the room with bunk beds) have air conditioning. The bedrooms also have a ceiling fan.

There is a TV with Dutch TV channels and WIFI.
