Our newly renovated apartment on the Arenal has 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Bedroom 1 has a double bed. Bedroom 2 has a double bed and a single bed above it. So a total of 5 people can sleep. Bed and bath linen are from Zara Home.

There is a cozy living room with lounge and dining table. In bedroom 1 and in the living room there is a TV with Dutch/Flemish channels. Both rooms have a built-in wardrobe. The kitchen is equipped with a spacious refrigerator, oven and microwave. There is a toaster and kettle from Smeg and a Nespresso machine with cups.

There is a washing machine in the laundry room (detergent available).

The apartment is on the ground floor and has a very spacious terrace at the front (with lounge set, dining table and sun loungers) and a small garden with BBQ at the back. There is a large swimming pool and children's pool in the palm garden. There is a playground, basketball court and a communal indoor area with, among other things, a ping-pong table. The beach, boulevard, restaurants, shops, small supermarket are less than 100 meters away.

There is also an underground parking space included in the rental price.

We are Wendy and Stefan. In 2021 we decided to buy a holiday home in Spain, Casa Gonzales was a fact. We like life in Javea so much that we decided to buy a second house in a beautiful location. We want to completely renovate that house, but it is currently available for rent as Casa Suisse. We recently added Apartment Arenal to the list. A wonderful place for our teenagers, but also for anyone who wants to be close to all the activities during their holiday.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the renter wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the renter must always confirm this by e-mail to the landlord (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
Cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 10% of the rental price
Cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the leased property, he will continue to owe the full rent.
