CASA ROSANNE was built in 2000 and recently completely renovated.  The result is impressive; an authentic Spanish villa that is fully equipped. Casa Rosanne is located in the urbanisation Les Fonts. From the terrace you have beautiful views over the mountains and the beautiful green valley and the village of Benitachell. 

Thanks to its convenient location, you can be in Javea or Moraira within 10 minutes, within 12 minutes on the beaches and in the nice bays and within 5 minutes at the supermarket. It is located near the golf course and next to a beautiful nature reserve that you can walk to in 5 minutes. 

The villa is very suitable for families with older children. The living area, kitchen and master bedroom of the villa are connected to the lower apartment by an external staircase. In the apartment there are 2 large bedrooms (with luxurious double beds of 180x200), a sitting area and 2nd bathroom. This guarantees privacy if you are on holiday with your family with older children or, for example, grandparents or another family. Plenty of space in Casa Rosanne! 

The villa offers a lot of privacy and has a spacious private swimming pool in a beautiful landscaped garden. In front of the villa is a covered terrace/patio with dining table and lounge set. Around the pool (which is very nice right in front of the house) you will find several seating areas, lounge beds and shaded areas. From the new outdoor kitchen with bbq (charcoal) and pizza oven you have an overview of the pool. Several cars can be parked in front of the entrance of the villa. 

Casa Rosanne is equipped with air conditioning in the living room and in the 3 bedrooms. The master bedroom has a flat screen TV, as well as the living room. There is a good WIFI connection in and around the house. The attractive bathrooms have a walk-in shower and toilet. The well-equipped kitchen is spacious and includes a spacious fridge / freezer, dishwasher, dolce gusto coffee machine, oven and microwave. 
On request we provide a cot and high chair. 

The nearest airport is Alicante at 94 km from CASA ROSANNE (Valencia Airport 115 km).

We are Gaby, Reoewein and our 3 sons Daniël, Reuben and Job. We have been coming to Spain for more than 30 years and have fallen in love with the Costa Blanca, in particular the area around Javea and Moraira with the surrounding towns of Denia, Calpe, Altea and of course the city of Valencia. We bought our villa because of the great climate, the picturesque villages with their beautiful harbours, extensive dining and entertainment options and idyllic bays such as Platja Granadella.

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If the tenant wishes to cancel the booking for any reason, the tenant must always confirm this to the landlord by e-mail (even if this has already been communicated to the landlord by telephone, for example). The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:
  • cancellation more than 3 months before the start of the rental period: free of charge
  • cancellation between the 90th and the 60th day before the start of the rental period: 25% of the rental price
  • cancellation between the 59th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
  • cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental price
If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he or she will no longer use the rented property, he will still owe the full rental price.

There is also a deposit of €650 per booking
