Welcome to Casa Oryx! (Note! maximum 10 nights)
Casa Oryx is located on the beautiful Cumbre del Sol mountain, a place with breathtaking views and a wonderful, peaceful atmosphere. Located in Benitachell, right between the charming coastal towns of Jávea and Moraira, this villa offers the ideal mix of relaxation and adventure.
The house sits on an enclosed corner plot, which provides extra privacy. In the sunny garden, you'll find a private pool and a cosy outdoor kitchen, complete with a gas barbecue, fridge, dishwasher and bar—perfect for long, relaxing evenings. Spread throughout the garden you will find several nice spots with sunbeds and lounge sets, both in the sun and in the shade. Want to take an extra dip? Across the street is a communal swimming pool, which you can also use.
The Villa has two floors:
• Upper floor: Here are two bedrooms and a bathroom, a cozy living room with fireplace and an open kitchen. From the living room you can step straight onto the balcony , where a high bar table is ready to enjoy a drink with a view.
• Ground floor: Through a private entrance you will find twobedrooms, a bathroom and a cozy room with a large dining table. Please note that the ceiling on this floor is slightly lower.
The Area
At Cumbre del Sol, a car is useful for exploring the area. Parking is available in the street or in the garage at the villa, where bicycles can also be parked.
For nature lovers, the beautiful Granadella nature reserve is just a stone's throw away, where you can enjoy hiking. Also within walking distance is the impressive Cala Moraig cove, a hidden gem that attracts visitors from far and wide. The way back up is a steep climb, but totally worth it!
From April to October, you can also visit Glamping Dreamsea, a unique place with a restaurant and spectacular views—perfect for a bite to eat or a drink.
Since 2024, there has been a new rental law in the Valencia region, consisting of short-term tourist rentals and seasonal rentals. We have opted for only short tourist rentals, which means that a maximum of 10 nights can be booked.
