Discover our beautiful new-build apartment. Centrally located and just a fifteen-minute walk from the beach. Enjoy a lovely communal swimming pool, two comfortable bedrooms, two modern bathrooms and a fully equipped kitchen. The apartment is equipped with climate control, which means that the house will be warm or cool in no time.

Our apartment also has its own garden. Ideal for a stay with up to four adults and a child (under 2 years old). The beds can also be placed separately, creating four separate beds in two bedrooms.

Casa Puentes is located in the heart of Javéa. You can reach the beautiful old center within an 8-minute walk. Three large supermarkets are just steps away from the apartment. The luxurious apartment is equipped with everything, so come and experience it for yourself!

The nearest airport is Alicante-Elche Miguel Hernández Airport, 102 km from Casa Puentes Jávea. In addition, Valencia Airport is 120 km away, so you always have a choice of where you fly.

We are Anne, Marieke, Sander and Bram and the owners of this wonderful apartment! Completely new, delivered in June 2023. In a wonderful location in Javéa, a 10-minute walk from the old center and a 15-minute walk from the boulevard. We hope you enjoy the apartment as much as we do!

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

Article 3: Cancellation
1. 2. The cancellation costs are equal to the 25% deposit paid under paragraph 1.1 provided that the cancellation is communicated more than 1 month before the day of arrival. The cancellation costs communicated less than 1 month before arrival are the total rental amount as stated in the rental contract excluding tourist tax, deposit and final cleaning costs.

All cancellations or changes must be communicated to the landlord by e-mail and will only take effect if they are confirmed by the landlord by e-mail. Cancellations or changes via telephone or other means will not be accepted.

The landlord recommends that the tenant take out travel insurance that reimburses cancellations.
