Welcome to Casa Pilar!
This holiday home is furnished with a wonderful, relaxed vibe and offers all the luxury and comfort for an unforgettable stay.
The house is located at the back of our garden and offers both you and us sufficient privacy. You have a separate entrance, and there is no view into the house or the terrace.
Bedrooms
Because sleeping well on holiday is very important, both bedrooms are equipped with spacious box-spring beds (180x210) with top quality mattresses. You can also choose from different types of pillows.
The rooms have air conditioning, mosquito nets, blackout curtains and built-in wardrobes with plenty of storage.
Bathrooms
The property has two ensuite bathrooms, each equipped with:

Living and kitchen area
The bright and cozy dining and sitting area offers a beautiful view of the valley. Air conditioning and underfloor heating are also available here.
The open kitchen is fully equipped with:

- spacious fridge with 3 freezer drawers
- microwave
- coffee maker for ground coffee
- Nespresso machine
- toaster, juicer, blender, kettle
- The cabinets contain beautiful crockery, various glasses and cutlery, kitchen utensils and the pots and pans are of excellent quality.
We also provide standard oil, various herbs, some dishwasher tablets, toilet paper, soaps, coffee cups, sugar, tea, a bottle of water and a delicious aperitif with snacks.
Entertainment & comfort
In the cozy sitting area there is also a large flat screen TV with TV Vlaanderen (NL, EN, FR, DE), Chromecast and Netflix.
The wifi is super fast and of very good quality. In winter, the underfloor heating and the built-in pellet stove make the room extra warm and cozy. At Christmas we provide a cozy Christmas tree, lights and custom decoration
There is also a washing machine, ironing board, iron, drying rack and vacuum cleaner available.
Outdoor space
Your private terrace offers no privacy at all and a beautiful view of the valley. The terrace is furnished with:
- dining table with 4 chairs
- Cozy table plancha/griddle
- lounge area
- 2 sunbeds
- authentic Finnish hot tub (use possible from the end of September to mid-June) + wood
The XL swimming pool (12m x 5m), the outdoor kitchen with bbq (gas), sink and fridge, the lounge, the beautiful mature garden with built-in trampoline, outdoor shower and separate outdoor toilet are available all year round.
The swimming pool can be heated on request in April, May, June, October and November (request a few days in advance).

Casa Pilar is quiet, yet close to everything:
- Old town: 5 min drive / 30 min walk
- Local supermarket 'La Ermita' / Bakery: 5 min drive
- Port: 12 min drive
- Sandy beach Arenal: 15 min drive
- Several supermarkets, fitness... 12 minutes drive
- En doctor, physiotherapist: 5 min. Drive
- Golf 'La Sella': 8 min. Drive
- At 20' to 1 hour drive you will find several beautiful villages and cities such as Dénia, Moraira, Jesus Pobre, Altea, Alicante, Benidorm, Villajoyosa and Valencia...
A car is recommended for shopping and trips.
Important: Casa Pilar and its facilities are exclusively for tenants of Casa Pilar. Visiting family and friends is not allowed, unless with our explicit permission.
Extra info
Our sweet cat Merlot roams freely on the domain; Unfortunately, other pets are not allowed.
In the summer months, please leave at least 9 days between reservations or join an already made reservation. In case of non-compliance, we reserve the right to cancel the reservation.
We have lovingly furnished Casa Pilar and maintain it well. It is a holiday home, not a party home.
Available on request: cot with sheets, high chair, baby bath, changing mat... (to be notified at the time of booking). Also present: puzzles, comics, Dutch books, board games and coloring material.
