CASA PALMARES – the ideal holiday home for families, with all the comfort you would expect
After two wonderful first seasons with very satisfied guests, we are looking forward to the coming year with enthusiasm. We continue to invest in making the stay even more pleasant for our guests. For example, we have recently made several great improvements:
- Expansion of the plot
We are proud to announce that the adjacent plot at the rear of the house has been purchased. This means no less than 1,000 m² of extra recreational space. The doubling of the site provides a larger garden and playground, a jeu-de-boules court, extra terraces and sun opportunities and even more privacy. - Renovated kitchen
The kitchen has been upgraded with new luxury appliances including a large induction hob with matching extractor fan and a new oven. - Renewed street lighting
The urbanization has completely renewed the street lighting, which creates a pleasant and safe atmosphere in the evenings.
The house
Casa Palmares is a Spanish style family villa fully modernized in 2023, located in the heart of the beloved urbanization Tosalet in Jávea. The villa comfortably accommodates 8 people and combines a modern look & feel with the preservation of authentic Spanish character.
The house is fully equipped, including:
- Full air conditioning
- SONOS music system
- Fiber optic internet / WiFi
- Comprehensive TV package (NL, UK, FR, DE and ES)
Outdoor living
The terraces and pool have been completely renovated and offer both sun and shade areas at any time of the day:
- The covered terrace features a generous lounge set with comfortable seating, ideal for relaxing throughout the day.
- On the second terrace there is a new outdoor kitchen with sink, BBQ and separate paella unit, right next to the dining table. Perfect for long evenings dining (see also the photos of the paella and mussels).
- The third terrace, located by the pool, is equipped with comfortable sunbeds and a solar shower to rinse off.
Layout
The villa consists of three floors:
- In the round tower is the master bedroom, accessible via an elegant spiral staircase. This room features an en-suite bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet and a private balcony with beautiful views over the valley.
- On the ground floor are the living room, two spacious double bedrooms, a second bathroom, the fully equipped kitchen and a central room with a luxurious bar table – ideal for breakfast, lunch, dinner or to work quietly.
- On the ground floor is a complete and spacious apartment with a separate bedroom and bathroom.
Garden & parking
The 2,100 m² plot features a very mature garden with beautiful palms and tropical plants and trees. There is ample parking on site, including carport. In addition, parking on the street can also be done without any problems.
Rental
In principle, the house is rented from Saturday to Saturday. In consultation – if appropriate – other arrival and departure days are possible.
