CASA PALMARES - Second season - Opportunity: 1 week left in July available (19-26 July) !!

After having had a wonderful first year with only very satisfied guests, we are looking forward to the coming season. Preparations are in full swing in terms of luxury and outdoor space. The urbanization has completely renewed the street lighting, which makes it feel pleasant and safe.
 
Casa Palmares is a Spanish-style family villa modernized in 2023. Located in the heart of the popular urbanization 'Tosalet' in Jávea it offers space for 8 people. The house has a modern look-and-feel while retaining the Spanish character. 

We are constantly working on a maximum pleasant experience for our guests and have made beautiful changes again. In addition to the expansion of the plot (from 1,100 m2 to more than 2,000 m2), various things have been further perfected.
The doubling of the plot offers a larger garden and playground, extra terrace and sun opportunities and privacy is also even more guaranteed.
This winter, the kitchen has also been further upgraded with new kitchen appliances including a large induction hob with accompanying extractor hood and oven.

The house has the luxury you want and is fully air-conditioned, has SONOS music unit, fiberglass internet/WiFi and an extensive TV package (NL, UK, Fr, D and Sp).

Terraces and swimming pool have been completely renovated and offer sun and shade at any time of the day.
- On the covered terrace there is a luxurious outdoor set where you can relax during all the 
   moments of the day.
- On the second terrace there is a new outdoor kitchen with sink, BBQ and a separate paella unit

- There are lovely sunbeds on the spacious third terrace by the pool. You can also enjoy yourself
   Rinse off under the solar shower. The house consists of 3 floors. In the round tower of the villa is the master bedroom which can be reached from the central room, via the elegant round staircase. It has an en-suite bathroom, a spacious walk-in closet with plenty of hanging and laying options for clothes and a lovely privacy balcony that offers beautiful views over the valley.

On the ground floor is the living room, 2 spacious double bedrooms, the second bathroom, fully equipped kitchen and the centrally located connecting room with luxury bar table for breakfast, lunch, dinner but also great work on it.
Downstairs there is a complete and spacious apartment with separate bedroom and bathroom.

The 2,100m2 plot has a very mature garden with beautiful palms and tropical plants and trees. It has ample parking, including carport, but cars can also be parked on the street. 

In principle, the house is rented from Saturday to Saturday, but if desired, and if it fits, other days are possible in consultation.
