We have been owners of Casa Netherwood in Javea since September 2017. It was a long-cherished wish for us to have a house abroad. After years of searching in Germany and France, we chose Spain because of the wonderful climate and the beautiful nature and culture.
The house is suitable for 4 people and is fully equipped. All rooms are on the ground floor with the exception of the roof terrace (20 m2), which is accessible via an outside staircase. There are two bedrooms with built-in wardrobes. One bedroom has a double bed of 160 x 200 cm and is equipped with air conditioning. The bedroom has a new en suite bathroom with walk-in shower, toilet and bathroom furniture. The second bedroom has two separate beds of 90 x 190 cm and is equipped with a ceiling fan and air conditioning. The second bathroom is spacious and equipped with a walk-in shower, bathroom furniture and toilet. The kitchen has a dishwasher, oven, refrigerator, freezer, microwave, coffee maker, kettle, sink, natural stone top, ironing board, iron, etc. An attractive living room/dining room with air conditioning, satellite TV, wood stove, internet / WIFI, sound system, etc. In The semi-open utility room houses the washing machine and a storage cupboard. On the covered terrace (Naya) with a view over the garden and swimming pool there is a large table with 4 chairs. From this naya you can walk straight to the swimming pool and the terraces with sunbeds where you can enjoy the Spanish sun in peace. There are several seating areas in the garden and by the pool and we have 2 BBQs. At the back of the garden there is a wooden shed where bicycles, lounge set cushions and the like are stored.
The house is quietly located in a residential area within walking distance of the coast and Playa Ambolo. Javea is located on the Costa Blanca, 100 km south of Valencia and 90 km north of Alicante. This green part of the Costa Blanca has a pleasant climate. In summer it is not as hot as inland and in winter the temperature remains more pleasant than in the rest of Spain.
Casa Netherwood is located in the beautiful Costa Nova district and is located on Cap de la Nau with beautiful views over the Mediterranean Sea. The villa is located in a quiet residential area with a nature reserve on the other side. The 750 m2 site is completely fenced and has an entrance gate and offers a lot of privacy and no view. The private swimming pool (8 x 4 m) has steps and is surrounded by a sun terrace with sun beds (4x) and an outdoor shower. In the garden there is a cozy lounge set and a dining table with 4 chairs. The garden has various Mediterranean plants such as bougainvillea, oleander and is bordered by tall pine trees. There is always a sun or shade spot in the garden. On-site parking for up to 2 cars. We have 2 mountain bikes that can be used.
