House is located in a neat residential area where it is very quiet. The pool is lovely! You can do your shopping nearby. You really need a car for the beach, but it's a nice drive down.

For us, the location was perfect as our friends were staying in the same neighborhood. Furthermore, we are familiar with the area and everything is easily accessible.
