Casa Mi Media Naranja is located on a large plot with private swimming pool, covered pergola with bbq area, outdoor bar and sitting area.
The house is surrounded by greenery and offers beautiful views, including to the church of Benissa.
It is an oasis of peace and privacy, yet within 4 minutes (by car) of the beach and all the fun. The house is tastefully decorated with many light, earthy and natural colors to optimally experience the Spanish outdoor / indoor life.

Explanation of prices

If, for whatever reason, the tenant is unable, unwilling or will not accept the rented property on the agreed date, he must immediately inform the landlord. A telephone communication of this must be confirmed in writing or by email .

The landlord will charge the following amounts, depending on the date of written cancellation by the tenant:

cancellation more than 6 weeks before the start of the rental period: free of charge
cancellation between 6 and 4 weeks before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rental price
cancellation between 4 and 2 weeks before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental price
cancellation less than 14 days before the start of the rental period: 70% of the rental price

If the tenant only announces on the commencement date or during the rental period that he will not use the rented property (anymore), he will still owe the full rental price .
