•The main booker must be present and must be at least be 25 years old and young children welcome after consultation with landlord
When booking, please provide the correct composition of the travel group (adults | children up to 15 years | baby) due to the preparation of the rental contract and registration in the mandatory SES Hospedajes of the Spanish government***
The peace and privacy in the neighborhood must be respected and rules and requirements must be carefully followed and complied with

Payment & Deposit
•Deposit upon reservation is 50% of the reservation sum + deposit + final cleaning
• Remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, when booking less than 6 weeks to stay, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately
•The deposit is € 1,000,-. The tenant must leave the property in a tidy condition and if no damage has been observed by management, the amount will be returned within 14 days of check-out date, after settlement of electricity costs (€ 0.35 kWh)
