• Casa Loreto has indoor stairs & steps and no facilities for the disabled

•NOT allowed: to allow other persons to stay overnight or use the facilities than those who are the tenants

 •NOT allowed: Pets | Nudism/Nude | Parties/events | Drugs and related stimulants

• Non-smoking accommodation: smoking/vaping indoors & outdoors PROHIBITED

•The main booker must be present and must be at least be 25 years old and young children welcome after consultation with landlord

When booking, please provide the correct composition of the travel group (adults | children up to 15 years | baby) due to the preparation of the rental contract and registration in the mandatory SES Hospedajes of the Spanish government***

The peace and privacy in the neighborhood must be respected and rules and requirements must be carefully followed and complied with

• From a practical point of view, it is useful to take compact/modest travel luggage with you, due to narrow stairs and passages

Payment & Deposit

•Deposit upon reservation is 50% of the reservation sum + deposit + final cleaning

• Remainder must be paid no later than 6 weeks before the start of the stay, when booking less than 6 weeks to stay, the total reservation sum must be paid immediately

•The deposit is € 1,000,-. The tenant must leave the property in a tidy condition and if no damage has been observed by management, the amount will be returned within 14 days of check-out date, after settlement of electricity costs (€ 0.35 kWh)

Explanation of the prices & cancellation policy

If you wish to stay for a different period, please contact us.

Our rates include Wifi, beach towels, bath towels & bed linen.

Excl. final cleaning (mandatory when booking) and excl. the cost of electricity (€ 0.35 per kWH), which will be deducted from the deposit.

Any interim cleaning is negotiable and/or linen change (linen package can be booked).

CANCELLATION

If, for whatever reason, the tenant cannot, does not want to or will not accept the leased property on the agreed date, he must immediately notify the landlord. A telephone notification of this must be confirmed in writing or by email.

Costs if the tenant cancels the agreement:

  • Cancellation up to the 90th day before the start of the rental period: 30% of the rent.
  • Cancellation between the 89th and the 30th day before the start of the rental period: 50% of the rental.
  • Cancellation less than 30 days before the start of the rental period: 100% of the rental.

If the tenant only announces on the start date or during the rental period that he will not make any use of the rented property (anymore), he will continue to owe the full rent and a refund will not apply.

The landlord urgently advises the tenant to take out appropriate travel and cancellation insurance for cancellation, interruption or interruption of the trip and to cover damage and/or calamities.
